Apartment House Bader enjoys a quiet, sunny location with easy access to hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Leutasch is 4 km from Seefeld and 6 km from Mittenwald. We offer 10 comfortable apartments ranging in size from 25 to 45 square meters, each with a balcony or terrace.
The location is ideal for excursions, for example to Garmisch (35 km), Innsbruck (30 km), South Tyrol (80 km), and Munich (100 km). Whether you're a beginner or a pro, we are perfectly equipped for hiking and cross-country skiing. Cycling is also ideal for families and ambitious cyclists!
The living room is comfortably furnished. Plenty of wood and the Tyrolean style create a particularly cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2- or 3-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. Dishes for two people are provided. You'll find everything you need.

New – we even have a Wi-Fi hotspot (you can connect to the internet wirelessly with your laptop anywhere in the house). In addition to the amenities listed above, all apartments are equipped with: microwave, coffee maker, thermos, dishes and cookware, cutlery, etc., satellite TV, radio, telephone, bed linens, towels, and a balcony or terrace with table, chairs, parasol, and sun loungers.
Your host will be happy to advise you on hiking and mountain tours, cycling tours through the valley, and provide tips on cross-country ski trails.

A valley amidst unspoiled nature, far from the hustle and bustle, in the heart of the Alps – ideal for hiking and cross-country skiing. The most beautiful hiking paradise between the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains! The special charm of the Leutasch Valley lies in its breathtaking scenery.
The mountain peaks rise majestically into the bright blue sky, and the alpine meadows lie peacefully in the sun!
Summer in the Seefeld Olympic Region
Cycling enthusiasts will find a wide selection of mountain bike trails here, from easy to challenging, and can choose between almost traffic-free circuits. Hikers will also find plenty to enjoy. Leutasch offers over 450 km of hiking trails, and 2,420 benches invite you to take a short break.
Climbers will find numerous well-known routes to conquer, and mountaineers will find themselves in a true summit paradise!
Since summer 2007, we have also been a paradise for runners and Nordic walkers. Over 100 km of signposted trails of all difficulty levels are available. And let's not forget the cultural offerings! Within a 70 km radius, you'll find numerous museums, castles, and attractions! The region around Innsbruck and in southern Bavaria regularly hosts fantastic events that make a day trip worthwhile!

A valley nestled in pristine nature – like something out of a picture book – far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, yet never dull. Here, stressed individuals find peace and relaxation for body, mind, and soul – amidst a breathtaking mountain landscape. In summer, hikers can explore 450 km of trails, hidden gems, and cozy mountain huts, 20 of which are still open and inviting visitors to linger.
In winter, as in winter
In winter, hikers can enjoy 95 km of cleared and gritted cross-country ski trails – the most beautiful and sunniest spots in the Leutasch Valley. The 240 km of cross-country ski trails (skating and classic) near Seefeld, which are cleared daily, have earned the region the title of "largest cross-country skiing center in the Alps."
